Water Treatment Site Manager – ECI & Early Works Lead

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Water Treatment works project in Waterlooville, Hampshire. The role covers ECI phase activities, site investigations, and early works, with direct oversight of subcontractors and on-site operations.

The position requires a strong water sector background, ECI experience, and valid CSCS/SMSTS credentials. Immediate start, long-term contract, and daily rate £400–£450 outside IR35.
