Job Description:
Checkatrade is hiring a Trust and Safety Specialist to own end-to-end vetting for trades, focus on high-risk cases, and monitor activity for early risk detection. You will make informed decisions, maintain case notes, and communicate clearly with members and stakeholders.
You will also coach junior colleagues across our UK and outsourced teams, collaborating with Legal, Finance and Revenue Operations to improve processes and protect customers.
