Capital on Tap, a London-based fintech, seeks a hands-on AI/Product Ops lead to close the gap between AI potential and daily usage. You will embed with teams, ship automations and MCPs, train teams to sustain workloads, and continuously improve the AI playbook.
You will partner with stakeholders, drive production-grade workflows that connect LLMs with internal systems, and measure weekly active users and impact across teams.
