Empowering Family Support Specialist

Bolster Community in Newry is recruiting a Family Support Practitioner to coordinate and deliver the Newry Family Support Hub. You will help families access practical and emotional support, build confidence and resilience, and connect them with the right services within the community.

The role focuses on empowering parents, carers and young people through early intervention, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and working in partnership with schools and local organisations.
