Transformation Lead

Transformation Lead – Sanctions Screening & Transaction Monitoring | Contract | UK/Remote | £500-550/day

A bank is migrating to group-standard sanctions screening (Fircosoft) and transaction monitoring platforms. They need a Transformation Lead to make the business ready to adopt them. This is not a delivery PM role. You’ll own the target operating model, business readiness, controls ownership, training and adoption, and transition to BAU. You’ll also run programme governance up to SteerCo.

You’ll bring:

• FS background
• AML/CFT change leadership
• sanctions screening or TM implementation experience (Firco a strong plus)
• a track record of landing regulatory change into BAU operations

Details: 10-month initial term, full-time, ASAP start, UK-based or remote.
