Multi Joiner
to join their Liverpool team, working across both occupied and void social housing properties.Key DutiesCarry out all aspects of joinery repairs and maintenance
Deliver additional basic multi-trade tasks (e.g., patch plastering, basic plumbing, minor tiling)
Work on both reactive and planned maintenance across tenanted and void properties
Provide high-quality workmanship while representing the organisation professionally
Engage with tenants/customers directly, ensuring excellent customer service
Complete works safely and in line with health & safety guidelines
RequirementsNVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent qualification (must be able to provide proof)
Proven experience in a multi-trade role within social housing or a similar environment
Full UK driving licence
Must be clean shaven for the Face Fit
No more than 6 points on licence; no alcohol/drug-related bans
Strong communication and customer care skills
