About the Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Groundworker to join our team delivering works within the Social Housing sector as part of a planned works programme. The role will involve working on residential properties across Warrington, Northwich, Knutsford, Nantwich and Crewe, carrying out a variety of external groundwork improvements.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Groundworker looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. A
company van and fuel card will be provided
for business use.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will carry out a range of domestic groundwork tasks including:Flagging and paving worksInstallation and repair of fencingGate installationsSmall drainage worksGeneral domestic groundworks on social housing propertiesWork will be carried out across multiple sites, maintaining high standards of workmanship, customer service, and health & safety.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:Previous experience working within the Social Housing sectorProven experience as a GroundworkerNVQ Level 2 in Groundworks (or equivalent)Full UK Driving LicenceOwn toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
