Lead SENCO, SEMH Specialist Secondary School

Senploy is assisting in Princes Risborough to recruit an experienced SENCO for a specialist SEMH secondary school. The role leads the school’s SEND provision, oversees EHCPs and annual reviews, and works with teachers to tailor support.

Candidates will have strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, excellent organisational skills, and a nurturing approach to safeguarding; the role offers a supportive team and opportunities to develop outstanding SEND provision.
