Director of Revenue Expansion & AI Adoption

Aircall is seeking a Director of Account Management to lead the Americas AM function and accelerate expansion revenue through AI/agentic product attach. Reporting into the GM of the Americas, you will manage a quota‑carrying team, drive renewals and expansions, and align the account strategy with product roadmaps.

You will build a high‑performing team, set ambitious quotas, and operate with sales discipline to close expansions across the existing book of business.
