M&A Transactions Associate Director – Carve-Out Expert

Dune Advisors in London is seeking an Associate Director to lead end-to-end M&A transformation engagements, including carve-outs, integrations, separations and divestments. You will guide operations, due diligence, planning, and Day One readiness, coordinating across senior client stakeholders and delivering practical, value-driven outcomes.

You will manage teams, shape the Transaction practice, and travel across Europe as needed. This role offers hybrid working three days in the London office.
