Senior Network & Cloud Support Engineer

Boxxe Group is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team in the UK. You will support customer environments, fix escalated issues, and lead the development of custom environments and project work.

You will manage on-premises and cloud platforms (Azure, VMware Cloud), administer Windows Server/AD/SQL, and work with backup/DR solutions. A strong focus on security, documentation, and customer experience is required.
