Agriculture SME Relationship Leader (Hybrid)

Lloyds Banking Group is recruiting an SME Relationship Manager for Agriculture to build lasting relationships with farming businesses across Poole, Dorchester, Shaftesbury, Weymouth, Yeovil or Salisbury. You’ll meet clients face-to-face and via Teams, managing ~100 client groups and exploring tailored financial solutions.

You’ll assess credit needs, prepare facilities papers, and work with product specialists to offer sustainable, ESG-aligned options. Hybrid work pattern applies.
