Sales Operations Director: Growth & Process Excellence

Lorien is seeking a Head of Sales Operations to lead and develop the Sales Operations team, owning end-to-end workflow from quotation through to delivery and invoicing. The role partners with Corporate and National Sales to drive growth while optimising service centre performance and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive process improvements, manage invoicing forecasts and KPI metrics, and lead change initiatives across a matrix organisation.
