Compassionate Support Worker – Flexible Shifts

Royal Mencap Society in Aberystwyth is seeking Support Workers for full-time or part-time roles. You will support people with learning disabilities with daily activities and emotional support, helping them live fulfilling lives.

You will join a diverse team, participate in activities from music to local walks, and rota planning four weeks in advance. Sleep-in options available with enhanced pay. DBS checks and references will be required.
