Senior Bid Manager – Civil Infrastructure (Hybrid)

Bid Resource Solutions is recruiting for a Bid Manager to lead bid activities from cradle to grave in Avonmouth. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, with a salary between £50,000 and £65,000 plus a car scheme and discretionary bonus.

You will coordinate technical and commercial teams, develop compelling submissions and influence bid strategy across civil engineering and infrastructure projects in the South West and Wales.
