Senior Care Lead: Complex Needs & Dementia Care

Care Concern Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead shifts within our Willinbrook Healthcare suite. You will support residents with complex health needs, including dementia, ensuring safe, person-centred care and timely documentation of care plans and records.

You will guide Care Assistants, liaise with nurses, and help maintain a calm, supportive environment while promoting best practice and high standards of care.
