ESS Employment Ltd. is seeking a skilled CNC Miller Operator to join a manufacturing team in the Yate area. You will set up and operate 3/4/5 axis milling machines, using Heidenhain and Fanuc controls, to produce high-quality components on time.

You will work shifts, adapt to schedule changes, and contribute to continuous improvement, with a focus on precision, safety, and documentation of production data. Training and progression opportunities available.
