Principal Pensions Administrator — Flexible & Global Impact

Gallagher is seeking a Principal Pensions Administrator to manage occupational pension schemes (DB/DC/Hybrid). You will oversee calculations, draft communications and payrolls, and mentor junior staff. Aminimum of 5 years’ DB experience and CPC qualification progress are expected, with strong communication and analytical skills.

You’ll support the Client Executive team, liaise with members, and help manage cashflows and invoices while collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality service.
