Group Safety & Compliance Leader

Arena Racing Company is seeking a passionate Group Safety Compliance Manager to support the Group Health & Safety Director across ARC sites, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors and contractors in line with current Health and Safety legislation.

You will run audits, manage training, oversee licensing, and produce monthly reports for Board consideration, while driving safety improvements and ensuring budget discipline across the group.
