Pastoral & Safeguarding Specialist — Child & Family Support

Erdington Academy in Birmingham is seeking a committed Child and Family Worker to join our pastoral and safeguarding team. You will provide practical and emotional support to pupils and families, helping to improve attendance, wellbeing and educational achievement.

You will work across all year groups, coordinating Early Help and multi-agency support plans and collaborating with children’s services, health professionals and community organisations to access the services families need.
