Independent Residential Building Surveyor — Flexible Remote

Gcb is seeking a Residential Building Surveyor to join an independent surveying practice, covering South West London and Cheswick. This consultancy role offers flexible hours, remote working, and a generous 60/40 fee split, with a minimum commitment of one day per week.

You will conduct Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, manage your own workload, produce professional reports, and uphold high standards while working independently.
