Senior MEP Lead — Data Centre Project (Blyth)

3D Personnel Ltd in Blyth, Northumberland, is seeking an experienced MEP Lead to head the full MEP package on a major data centre project. The role is senior, leading design through installation and commissioning, with a salary in the range £105,000–£125,000.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years’ MEP experience, a degree in Building Services Engineering, and a proven track record of leading M&E teams on large, complex schemes. Data centre or mission-critical experience is highly preferred.
