Groundworker / Dumper – Temp with Weekly Pay & Benefits

ARC Group is seeking a Groundworker/Dumper in Tiptree for a temporary ongoing assignment under CIS pay.

You will need PPE and CPCS/NPORS plus CSCS, with proven experience in dumper and groundworks; experience in utility or construction groundworks is preferred.

The role offers weekly pay, pro-rata holiday, a pension contribution after 3 months, ongoing assignments, access to free online training, and health support schemes. You will be working on site with strict safety protocols.
