Palliative Care Social Worker – 6-Month Part-Time Contract

Heart of Kent Hospice is seeking a part-time Social Worker for Specialist Palliative Care on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based at the Hospice, you will work with adults and families in the community or on-site, delivering holistic assessments within a multidisciplinary team.

You will need HCPC registration, a Social Work degree, and a driving licence. The role requires flexibility and the ability to manage a varied caseload in a compassionate, values-led culture.
