Civils Team Leader – Drainage & On-site Ops

Adler and Allan is seeking a Civils Team Leader – IMR in Ipswich for a permanent/full-time role. You will lead operatives, ensure safe, compliant workmanship, and support on-site delivery of utility services to customers.

Responsibilities include safety, site coordination with engineers, reporting incidents, attending toolbox talks, liaising with clients, and being on-call 1-4 on a 7-day rota. Requires CSCS, driving licence, and ability to travel.
