Job Description:
Carta’s Contracts team in the EMEA function manages the full lifecycle of commercial contracts for clients, from first review to execution. As Engagement Letter Lawyer, you’ll be the day-to-day contact for sophisticated investment fund and asset manager clients, working with lawyers and paralegals and handling engagement letters with minimal supervision.
You will use AI-backed tools, negotiate terms, feed back learnings to the team, and contribute to NDAs and routine contracts.
