Communications and Change Strategist

Insight Global is looking for a Communications and Change Strategist to join a global consulting firm in their learning and design team. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing communications and change strategies, as well as a master communications calendar, aligned to programme objectives and business priorities.

This role will begin as a 12 month contract (Inside IR35). This will be a PAYE contract, not an umbrella contract. You would be expected to go onsite 1-2 times per week, in their office in Canary Wharf, London. However, the onsite requirement is very flexible.

Targeting the following skillsets:

1. Experience in marketing, communications or change management within a large, complex organisation.
2. Proven experience developing and executing communication strategies for organisational change, digital transformation or technology implementations.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and seniority levels.
4. Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
5. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
7. Experience adapting communications for global audiences with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
8. Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages.
9. Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and proactively drives outcomes.
