HR Generalist – Manufacturing & Change Leader

BARNES AEROSPACE LTD is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to provide a hands-on, people-first HR service across our Scottish and Northern England sites. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy updates and change initiatives, with travel between sites as needed.

You will support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring fair processes, up-to-date policies, and proactive engagement.
