On-site European Conference Ops Lead

SetSales, based in London, is looking for an operations-driven professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall attendee experience, while working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will lead supplier research, contract negotiations and on-site coordination, including managing a 40-person volunteer team and travel to conferences overseas.
