Children’s Services Pharmacist – Medicines Optimisation

East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking an experienced pharmacist to provide specialist medicines management support for Children’s Services across community and clinic settings. You will contribute to clinical governance and medicines optimisation while ensuring safe, effective use of medicines, including PGDs, prescribing, transcribing, and controlled drugs handling.

There are opportunities to develop pharmacist prescribing pathways within Children’s Services.
