Building Careers UK Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for dry lining and fire protection projects in Liverpool. You will lead commercial management, oversee CVRs and forecasts, and coordinate with clients and main contractors to ensure financial success of packages.
The ideal candidate will have extensive QS experience in construction, with knowledge of dry lining and specialist subcontracting, and strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
