Highways Asset Manager – Hybrid Leadership & Renewal

City of York Council seeks an experienced Highways Asset Manager to lead a team of Asset Engineers in the strategic management of York’s highways assets in line with the Local Transport Plan and Asset Management Plan.

You will develop long-term renewal and maintenance programmes across active travel networks, roads, footways, drainage, lighting and York City Walls, while collaborating with service area managers and consultants. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
