Associate Director Transport Planner – London
My client is a leading employee‑owned consultancy delivering planning‑led, multidisciplinary advice across the UK. Their Transport & Infrastructure team supports complex development proposals across urban and regional markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead transport planning inputs on major development schemes
- Prepare Transport Assessments, Statements and Travel Plans
- Develop sustainable transport and mobility strategies
- Undertake junction and network modelling
- Provide development and infrastructure planning advice
- Manage data analysis, forecasting and reporting
- Lead stakeholder engagement and client communication
- Manage project delivery and support team development
Qualifications
- Strong technical transport planning experience
- Excellent report writing and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using ARCADY / PICADY, TRICS, TEMPro and AutoCAD
- The ability to manage projects and client relationships effectively
The salary for this Associate Director Transport Planner role is £60,000 – £70,000 dependent on experience, with benefits including private healthcare, pension, life insurance, cycle to work scheme and professional subscription support.
