Senior Employee Relations Advisor

CDW is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide consistent ER support across the business. You will work closely with HR partners, SS, Payroll, Legal, and other ER teams to deliver legally robust guidance, manage cases, and align ER activity with policies and business priorities.

Responsibilities include managing discipline, grievances, absence, performance, and TUPE matters, with a focus on compliant outcomes and stakeholder collaboration.
