Site Manager

Albion Search are currently partnering with a regional main contractor who are looking to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis, for a project in Leeds City Centre.

The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-room projects, be able to work as part of a wider management team and have experience either working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.

Roles & Experience

• Management of trades & sub-contractors
• Oversight of specific packages on the build
• Working knowledge of internals packages would be beneficial
• H&S
• Inductions
• Attending progress meetings
• Senior PM liaison
• RAMS

Package

• Basic salary of up to £65,000
• Car allowance or company car
• Healthcare
• Pension
• Bonus

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card. A black CSCS would be advantageous.

This requirement is due to commence in early December, with interviews happening in the weeks running up to December.
