Regional Health & Safety Advisor – Construction

Allison Homes is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support East Midlands, Central and Eastern regions. This hands-on role provides practical advice, coaching and assurance across construction sites, regional teams and offices.

Reporting to the Group Health & Safety Manager, you’ll monitor compliance with company standards and drive continuous improvement in safety performance, working with site management and cross-functional teams.
