Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Bid Manager in the North West to lead high-quality bid submissions and help secure new construction work. Based in Wigan, you will own the bid process, organise strategy meetings and develop compelling proposals that meet client expectations.

You will appraise ITT/RFPs, lead teams, prepare client-ready presentations and drive value engineering while ensuring deadlines are met in a dynamic construction environment.
