Oracle Implementation Finance Manager

For a government organisation based in London, we are recruiting an interim Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation Finance Manager to support the implementation of the new ERP system to be used by 250K users across the UK Government. This role will work with stakeholders and manage the timetable to deliver the implementation of the ERP system, along with supporting the Finance team with business as usual.

Main Duties:

• Local design: refine the common design to meet operational leads
• Build phase: configuration, data preparation, and system integration testing
• UAT: supporting users of the system and deliver training
• Cutover: support data migration cycles and readiness checks prior to transition from the old system to new ERP
• Provide information to process owners, and work with other departments to align accounting policies
• Support BAU accounting roles were needed, including interim and year-end accounting
• Support the production of annual reports and accounts, working with external auditors
• Support stakeholders with technical accounting advice

Person Specification:

• Strong experience with Oracle, Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Ability to contribute to ERP design and implementation, particularly in relation to group reporting requirements
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced programme environment
