Senior Generative AI Specialist — RAG & Client Projects

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced professional to scale its generative AI capabilities across advertising, PR and med comms. The role involves collaboration with global teams, hands-on development, client interaction and advocacy for AI adoption, based in Europe or the US with hybrid and face-to-face elements.

You will work on retrieval augmented generation and help educate teams while delivering billable client projects. Strong Python skills and a CS/Data Science background are essential.
