Loading Shovel Operator – 4 on 4 off, Temp to Perm

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a long-established industrial manufacturer in North Derbyshire. This Loading Shovel Operator role is a physically demanding position within a specialist industrial recycling environment, on a Continental 4 on/4 off rotation, with day and night shifts.

You will operate a loading shovel to move and load recycled materials, feed the breaker hopper, perform daily safety checks and maintain high housekeeping.
