On-site Estates & Facilities Leader

Lambert Smith Hampton is seeking an Estates & Facilities Manager at Southampton Science Park, on site in Southampton. You will lead site operations, health and safety, and sustainability across the estate, coordinating with occupiers, contractors and internal teams.

You will manage records, inspections, maintenance contracts and compliance, while ensuring a premium occupier experience and adherence to policy and best practices.
