Remote Commercial Manager, Pre-Construction (M&E)

NG Bailey Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our Engineering division, supporting a portfolio of M&E projects across London and the South East/West. This remote-based role offers flexibility with occasional client meetings and travel.

You’ll shape commercial strategies, manage contractual risks and lead negotiations from PCSA through pre-construction stages, partnering with Pre-Construction Lead and senior teams to ensure robust commercial performance.
