Band 8A Lead Infection Prevention and Control Nurse

The role involves providing senior operational leadership and day-to-day management of the Trust-wide IPC service, including outbreak management, staff supervision, duty-nurse coordination, clinical audits, ward visits and management cover during periods of absence. Candidates must have substantial NHS IPC experience, strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to work independently.
