Remote Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Lead

Eaton’s Corporate division seeks a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own end-to-end executive recruitment. This role can be based at Eaton’s Beachwood, OH location or remotely within the US, supporting internal clients and candidates across the enterprise.

You will lead searches for SVP and C-suite roles, shape search strategy, oversee research, coordinate interviews, and drive offer communications and negotiations with compensation teams. Strong advisory skills are essential.
