Senior Civils PM – Major UK Infrastructure

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Freelance Civils Project Manager to drive operational delivery across HS2 Phase 1 packages from Birmingham, leading site operations, contract administration and liaison with JV partners and authorities.

You will manage roads/highways, trackbed drainage and RC pumping stations, applying NEC4 and ensuring safety, dewatering and QA sign-offs while supporting the commercial team on early warnings and claims.
