Hiddenwell is seeking a seasoned People Lead to shape the people agenda across Ardencote and Central Services. You’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver a consistent employee experience, while coaching a People Advisor and guiding managers through performance, development and change initiatives.
You’ll bring a strong generalist background, hospitality experience is a plus, and you’ll use data-driven insight to improve engagement and organisational capability across two locations.
