Cross-Border Leveraged Finance Lawyer, 4–6 PQE

Hydrogen Group is seeking a 4-6 PQE Leveraged Finance lawyer to join its growing international finance practice, advising leading private equity sponsors, private credit funds and lenders on cross-border, complex transactions.

The role covers the full leveraged finance spectrum, including LBOs, refinancings, recapitalisations, private credit and corporate financings, as well as public-to-private deals and special situations, across an international platform.
