Senior Deputy Residential Manager – Children’s Home

Witherslack Group is seeking a Deputy Residential Manager for a Children’s Care Home in Westbury. You will assist in daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and help ensure a secure, nurturing environment for children with SEND—and you will guide staff to maintain high standards and deliver compassionate care.

The role requires at least 2 years in residential childcare with supervisory experience, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England), and a valid UK driving licence.
