Senior Pension Scheme Accounting Lead – Hybrid

Nest is seeking a Senior Scheme Accounts Analyst to join the Pension Scheme Accounting team. You will own a key workstream, ensuring accurate financial information, robust controls, and high-quality reporting across the Scheme.

Lead the analysis of reconciliations, journals, and management accounts, coordinating with TCS, Northern Trust and NatWest, and supporting month-end processes and external returns. Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous control improvements.
