Staff Engineer & Tech Lead – Hands-on Delivery & Mentorship

Teya is seeking a Staff Engineer and Tech Lead for the ePOS team to shape our product experience used by merchants across Europe. You’ll lead a small group of engineers, own technical delivery end to end, and stay close to the code while guiding architecture when needed.

This role blends hands-on engineering with people leadership. You’ll mentor engineers, partner with product and the wider business, and work with a mobile-focused team to deliver reliable, high-quality features.
